image for Jonas Brothers Pose As Street People

Joe came up with the idea but all three Jonas brothers donned old clothes and went to an unnamed city and posed as street people to see how they were treated.

"We're thinking about doing a serious movie, including some different music we've practiced recently, and we want it to be authentic", stated Nick Jonas. "I mean, we can only be the Beatles or Monkees for so long in movies and we'd really like to kick this whole thing up a notch. It was Joe who commented that we had no idea what we were writing about in some of our new songs unless we tried living a lot differently."

"Yeah, we have three or four songs we really like but where are we coming from", stated Joe.

"So I had this idea that we'd put on some dirty clothes and hang out in the daytime at a big city and it was quite an experience."

"Here we are getting followed everywhere we go", said Nick, "and all at once nobody even wanted to look at us. I even got kicked a couple of times and Kev had to call on a cellphone to get some people over where he was to come and help him with a street gang that showed up."

"I'll admit it, I was scared to death", stated Kevin Jonas. "There was just a steady stream of people and suddenly no one and when I looked up, there was a guy coming up to me and about six or seven behind him. I think they were after my cellphone or else were wanting to have some fun with the NEW kid. I didn't wait and quickly punched a warning call."

"The thing is, street kids or homeless vets or others don't have that. What happens to them? They probably get the tar beaten out of them, that's what happens."

"I had a little trouble with the police," added Nick. "I thought those guys were on our side but I guess they have to keep the order and this guy looked about six-foot eight from the sidewalk. He told me to leave and do it now!"

The Jonas Brothers then had a van come after them. The van had even cruised by all three sites continuously, as a back-up, but the guys say they got what they wanted. Probably even more than they wanted.

But at least no one got beaten up or even a black eye.

"NOW we know more about what the songs should say" stated Kevin.

What's the next album going to sound like, we'll just have to wait and see.

And what was the most amazing part of their undercover work? All three agreed: The fact that NO ONE at all knew who they were!

Were YOU one of those people? You might have been if you have recently been to Chicago.
