U.S. Superstar Lady Gaga is set to appear on the award-winning drama "Waterloo Road" in an attempt to save face.
The twenty three year old GRAMMY nominated singer, (real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta) was reported to have been "in pools of tears" following her poor showing on BBC's "Friday Night with Jonathon Ross"
The news comes as no shock to the entertainment industry after Gaga came out with a statement underlining he desire to redeem herself after her shocking performance.
One entertainment expert told his official website,
" For her this is a big opportunity to show the UK what she's made of. She blew it last time, but she's talented and we all know she can bounce back.
Since her appearance on Jonathon Ross' show Lady Gaga has been reluctant to comment heavily. But her manager- delighted by the news- told reporters,
"This is a great opportunity for her. She needed news like this, after the show she was in such a bad state of mind.
"On the Plane back to the U.S. we were talking about what we could do because she felt she had let herself down. So we made a few phone calls and struck a deal with a big show."
Gaga's manager also talked of his admiration for Waterloo Road,
"Even over here in the U.S. the show is big, this could be just what she needs to make the brits fall in love with her again."
The Manchester based TV series is currently in it's fourth series. Representatives have yet to make a statement.
