image for Little and Large comedy duo split over supermarket catch-phrase
Every little yelps

The world of entertainment was today rocked to its very foundations when it was revealed that comedy duo Syd Little and Eddie Large have split acrimonously as a result of a supermarket advertisement.

It appears that Eddie Large was becoming increasingly upset that one of the country's largest supermarket chains, Freshcos, keeps using the slogan "every little helps".

"It's just not fair" a tearful Eddie Large was heard to say when he appeared on "Celebrity Big Brother" in an attempt to revive his flagging career.

His partner, Syd Little, was said to be flummoxed, as he never complained about the burger chain McDougals who always ask the customer if they "want to go large", which is what happens to most of their regular customers anyway who continually eat that crap.

In attempting to make a joke of it, Syd Little said; "Did you hear about the man who spent all evening watching a dreadful 'B' movie on Sky 3?"

We're still waiting for the punchline.

Make Steddyeddy's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
