Hollywood leading lady, Keira Knightley, out of 'Pirates Of The Caribbean' today told this Spoof reporter that she was 'blown away' by a series of short stories posted on the hitherto much maligned TheSpoof.com magazine section.
The English rose told me:
"I was hooked from the very beginning. I believe that a number of spoofers are involved in the project and they're all doing a fantastic job. This is piracy as it should be portrayed. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and grab my laptop, log on to TheSpoof.com and scour the magazine pages to check for new episodes. I'm addicted. When I told Johnny (Depp the Hollywood actor) about it, he logged on too, and now he's completely hooked, if you'll forgive the pun."
I asked Keira - as I tried to cop a glance down her top under the pretence of retrieving a carelessly 'dropped' pencil - if she would consider taking a role in a movie version?
"Of course I would !" she enthused, with a radiant smile. "If the Hollywood power-brokers can set up a deal for this it'd be the hottest ticket in Tinseltown. Johnny (Depp the Hollywood actor) is already pestering his agent. And I've heard that Mickey Rourke, Dustin Hoffman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Al Pacino, Denzil Washington, Meryl Streep, Al Pacino, Samuel L Jackson, Catherine Zeta Jones, and Jenna Jameson are raring to go at a moment's notice. Are you trying to look down my top?"
More as we get it. And we certainly will.
You can count on it.
