Famed Cuban pop singer Gloria Estefan revealed today to reporters that had she not become an international celebrity she would have become a spy for the CIA.
"The CIA realized I could easily get into the pants of high level Cuban government leaders and make them disclose government secrets", the sexy diva disclosed. "I could have been instrumental in bringing about the downfall of Fidel Castro and bringing freedom and democracy to Cuba. But I decided I'd rather be rich."
Estefan is fluent in English, Spanish and French. She is also a trained marksman, expert pilot and is adept at 63 different lovemaking positions. These qualities would have proven invaluable to US Intelligence.
Estefan explained that she chose the celebrity route partly because her mother didn't approve of her plan and partly because she wanted to become wealthy beyond avarice.
"I have hundreds of millions of dollars. You can't get that kind of money working for the CIA", she stated.
Estefan showed reporters her $50 million Miami Beach mansion including her fabulous 'Pleasure Dome' that can accommodate up to 50 people, her personal theater and a kitchen that exceeds even the finest Cuban restaurants.
Her husband Emilio says he's glad his wife did not choose the secret agent life.
"If she did she'd be dead by now and I'd be poor", he said.
