"Dying Rabbit" Doing "Screaming Blues # 12 & 35"

A family member has called the police to say that some people are up in Bernie Madoff's Penthouse and they're afraid Bernie is being worked over for "stealing money from all those people."

Neighbors have reported a loud scream every once in awhile, but that it didn't sound like Bernie's because he would scream every time he made off with another client's millions and they were used to that.

After a call from one neighbor that it sounded like a helicopter on the roof, police went to check on the matter as they were afraid Madoff was taking off!

Upon ringing the doorbell, a baggy-eyed Bernie Madoff came to the door and stared at the officers.

I asked him if he was alright", stated officer Donald Phelps. "He nodded and drooled a little and stared at the wall behind me and finally Carol Burnett came to the door."

"We're OLD friends with Bernie here, officer", she told the police officers. "We're here this weekend and some more of his friends will be here soon to take our place. Bernie's got a lot of friends."

She then introduced Bob Dylan, Tom Waits and a blues singer named "Dying Rabbit".

Police checked the apartment over while Waits went back to singing, then left.

"It's still strange", stated one neighbor. "You hear this constant low singing-like for hours, then a squalling screeching sound that sings also and finally there's a tremendous Tarzan yell and laughter. But Mr. Madoff just giggles if you go up there. I don't think he's slept much."
