History channel wants McCain on paleolithic time slot

A bidding war broke out over the Republican National Convention video footage between the live in the past History Channel and the look to the heavens Christian broadcasting Network.

History Channel rep Neander Thralled said that the McCain Convention spent so much time showing black and white news reels that he thought their viewers must have been quite at home in the American past.

Their only competition was the CBN. 700 Club Reverend Pat Robertson told the spoof.gawd that he never thought he would want McCain anywhere near his video neighborhood. But after seeing anti-choice, pro-gun, war-mongering Sarah palin on the ticket he changed his mind.

Then when he saw that Palin was part of the teenie moms campaign to give America more Christian babies, he just couldn't resist!

Make Pointer's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
