The rumors of a relationship between Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus have been confirmed, and we finally know why they have been keeping it a secret all this time.
Apparently when they were dating, Nick thought it was best to keep their relationship platonic, and as much as Miley disliked the idea, she went with it... But then she just couldn't take it anymore.
"I just couldn't believe that he wanted to break up and just stay friends," Miley spills. "But I didn't want to lose him completely, so I agreed."
After only four months of keeping their past relationship a secret, she just couldn't take it any longer.
"Not even his brothers knew. I mean we were best friends, so they didn't think too much of it when they saw us hanging out together so much."
The reason the secret got out was because Joe Jonas, of the band Jonas Brothers, also had a 'crush' on the popstar, and decided to ask her out since her brother didn't seem to be making a move.
This is when she broke down. She told him the whole story, and afterwards, he apologized.
"Yea, he was definitely shocked, but he supported me all the way," she says, speaking kindly of her ex boyfriend's brother. "But he was even more surprised when I told said yes, I would be his girlfriend."
So it is official, Miley Cyrus was dumped by Nick Jonas, and got her sweet revenge by dating his brother.
But this is not the whole story, believe it or not.
Yesterday afternoon, Miley Cyrus was spotted at a wedding boutique trying on wedding gowns.
"I am totally prepared for what life throws at me," she admits, "Even marriage, because I really think I have a chance at making things work with Joe."
"Yes, I am completely in love with her, and I feel sorry for what my brother is missing out on," Joe says happily. "It's true, I proposed, and it's true that she said yes."
Since all of the parents agree that Miley is too young for marriage, they agreed that the marriage will take place soon after her eighteenth birthday, by which point, Joe will be 21.
"I am upset with my parents' decision, but i'm sure it is for the best, so I will just have to go the next three years waiting," she says, definitely gaining her parents' respect.
