Identical twin sisters Cherie Blair and Sharon Osbourne met last night at the Waldorf Astoria for a family reunion. The siblings, who were separated at birth, went on to lead completely different lives. Cherie was adopted by a rich lawyer family, who put her through university and trained her to become a top barrister. Sharon was adopted by a working class family, married a rock singer and achieved fame with her own TV shows.
The reunion began as a tearful affair, with the two sisters "catching up for lost time". Cherie then boasted about the millions of pounds she has made at the London Bar and about the fact that she married the man who went on to become the Prime Minister of Britain. Sharon showed off about her glamorous celebrity life, being a co-presenter of the X Factor, and having her own reality TV show and chat show.
The two ended up having fisticuffs about who was richer and more famous. During the barroom-style brawl, they smashed tables and chairs and pushed other customers away. The King of Saudi Arabia, who happened to be at the next table, said, rubbing a bruised eye:
"Cherie's got a good left hook but Sharon bites and scratches."
The Maitre d' finally called time and the two ladies were pulled apart.
After they hugged and made up, Sharon suggested jointly making a TV programme called the Shaz and Chez Show, which could net them another £100 million each, but Cherie turned down the idea, because she's run out of closet space to stash her dosh.
