Lawyers for Ozzy Osbourne and the the new media comglomorate Bat Productions are in final negotiations for Rock Legend Osbourne to appear in the latest Batman Movie Batman - "The early years" as the latest and baddest Super Villian Rockman.
"The part is still under discussion" commented Osbourne who has spent part of his considerable wealth on collecting many of the original 30's DC Comics "but I like ,you know, the ****ing idea of being Batman's next arch villain man is just well yer know, sort of far out really!"
Bat Productions are pondering as to whom they should ask to play the lead role of Batman.
Osbourne has also agreed to write the musical score for the movie and has already said "Listen man, I have been rocking the world for ****ing years, and the soundtrack will be raw and reflect the dark and heavy nature of the film. I have also agreed to produce the "soundtrack", and I am currently in discussions with a number of artists who have agreed to collaborate with me."
"Rockman is a dark sinister dude," continues Osbourne, "whose mission in life is to use Rock music as a way of enslaving young impressionable youngsters and as a front to recruit them for his wicked and evil empire!
A spokesman for Bat Productions said that they were very excited to be working with Ozzy and that they are looking forward to creating a memorable visual and audio experience.
Filming is due to commence in July 2008 after Ozzy concludes his latest world tour.
"Once that's over with its straight into the studio to begin laying down the soundtrack"
Rumours that Tom Cruise was to be offered the lead role of Batman were rubbished by Osbourne
"Cruise as Batman. I don't think we would see eye to eye if you know what I mean...said Osbourne.
"Hugh Grant would be a better choice..." commented Osbourne "but the Studio are keen to sign a "bad boy" to play opposite the Rock Legend.
Rumours of it being filmed in Birmingham, England were crushed immediately...
