Chanel 4 has announced the contestants to take part in the next series of Celebrity Big Brother.

Participants will include bigoted movie actor Mel Gibson, BNP leader Nick Griffin and notorious pop singer Eminem.

Big Brother has been subjected to widespread condemnation for the racial abuse and gutter language used on the programme, however Chanel 4 bosses remain unrepentant. They point to their ratings which have never been higher and told your "The Spoof" reporter, to "f**k off if you can't take a joke".

Chanel 4 are hoping the sparks will fly and they will be able to issue lots more condemnations of racial abuse so as to gain even more media coverage.

Uri Geller, who has been phoning newspapers claiming to be a close friend of deceased comedian and larger lout Bernard Manning, said the disgraced funny man had abhorred Big Brother. "He thought the show was bawdy, foul-mouthed and lascivious and he was embarrassed to watch it, especially in front of his mother-in-law, for whom he always showed very great respect.
