Paris Hilton was today celebrating after an extraordinary turn of events which concluded in her early release from imprisonment. Following a private meeting with Miss Hilton's super-wealthy desperate parents the Judge in Paris' drink-driving case has revealed that instead of forty-five days he actually said four to five days.
"I cant believe how it's been misinterpreted" he laughed outside court this morning, easing himself into a brand new red Porsche, before driving to the airport for a well-deserved break on a private island somewhere.
Paris was said to be delighted after being informed she will soon be free following the unfortunate "typo".
"I hate these orange boiler-suits," she commented, "and I have really learned my lesson in prison, If I ever drink and drive again, I'm going to pay someone to take the rap for me before it gets to court."
