The good old days - bad old haircuts

The Fab Four are set to please the fans and stage a comeback special at the Royal Albert Hall.

Sir Paul McCartney explains: "If Sting and the Police can do it then why not us? Sting plays bass and so do I, we've got so much in common so it only seems right to follow in his footsteps."

Ringo is also excited about the project.

He said: "I'm well up for it and I'm inviting my friends Thomas, Henry, Gordon and hopefully the Fat Controller will come too."

Legendary producer George Martin said: "This is a fantastic idea. I don't know why no-one thought of it before."

Tickets are prices at around £10,000 per seat and are expected to sell like hot cakes.

John Lennon and George Harrisson were unavailable for comment but a close friend of the pair said they would be interested in a comeback.
