Disgraced Peer and ex-con Jeffrey Archer is on the come-back trail with his new book.
His autobiography entitled "Slipperier than a box of eels" looks set to shoot to the top of the Christmas best-seller lists.
The book chronicles the life of a man who had it all and then threw a bit of it away because he was a greedy arrogant git who believed that he was untouchable and didn't have the common sense to shut up and to get himself out of the public spotlight.
As part of our "at home with feature", The Spoof spoke to Jeffrey at his London penthouse in London.
"Well of course I am absolutely fantastic" says the one-time Government insider and Maggie Thatcher favourite, before adding "My novels are better than anything Dickens ever wrote, I'm phenomenally wealthy and were I to have to sum me up in a word then I would probably say: Jeffrey? He's simply... amazing"
There was a new confidence about Archer as he looked down his nose at our reporter in a rather nauseating and supercilious manner and we must say that he is probably the most annoying person that we've ever met since starting this feature a few years ago.
In fact this is probably going to be the last one in the series in case we have to deal with anyone else as obnoxious as this ever again.
