Carpenters Tribute Band 'The Woodies'

News coming out of Hollywood: Reuters are reporting that Richard Carpenter, of 'The Carpenters' fame is considering 'going on the road' one last time.

The record producer, arranger, pianist and keyboardist, and occasional lyricist, is considering the move after being approached by top producer Rick Rubin.

Richard told 'The Spoof', "Rick approached me with a great concept, we are planning on working with Hollywood special effects studio Digital Domain, who created the infamous Tupac Hologram".

"Karen will be seen playing the drums, live on stage".

It's rumoured that British star Adele, has been approached to perform the vocal tracks, however it's suggested that she'll need to loose at least 112lb to create a 'reasonable' realistic visual effect on stage.

We'll keep you posted.
