Gordon Ramsey's retirement slogan

LONDON, ENGLAND - A spokesman for Celebrity Scottish Chef, Gordon Ramsay, announced today that Ramsay is calling it quits.

Ramsay, 47, whose restaurants have been awarded 15 Michelin Stars, is retiring and turning all 26 of his worldwide restaurants over to the Gordon Ramsay Foundation, with the exception of The Narrow gastropub at Limehouse.

Ramsay, who was named on T.V. Guide's 2013 list of The 60 Nastiest Villains of All Time, is actually directing his foundation to hire ex-cons to staff the kitchens in future. The spokesman said the idea first came to Ramsay after his 2012 "Gordon Ramsey Behind Bars" T.V. show, where he taught inmates of Brixton Prison how to cook.

Ramsay will continue to keep his hand in the cooking at The Narrow, just for something to do when he is not training for marathons, hunting puffins in Iceland, or trying to regain the top spot on Top Gear's leader board after being knocked out by Simon Cowell.
