SOCCHI, RUSSIA - Russian entertainment authorities have announced that Kenny Blankenship and Vince Ramano will appear in a new T.V. series, Socchi's Most Extreme Elimination Challenge, which will air in fall of 2014.
Blankenship and Ramano will use Socchi Olympic footage and dub in a new storyline and new characters much as they did in the MXE hit show, which aired for 5 seasons from 2003 to 2007.
Instead of appearing as a count named Takeshi and his assistant, Blankenship and Ramano will be referred to as Count Romanoff and his assistant. They will still be creating challenges in order to fight off the opposing military leader, Obama, and his troops, but it will all be Russian style.
Kenny and Vince are currently in Socchi, soaking up the Russian culture, especially names and occupations for their new show.
"We are having a blast!" exclaimed Ramano.
"We're taking back a few Russian phone books for authentic names, and assembling a list of Russian occupations, like vodka distiller, caviar fisherman, Faberge egg maker, ballet dancer, and Siberian prison guard," explain Kenny. "We think we have enough material to make this series a hit. Now all we need to do is learn to pronounce those Russian names!"
