NEW YORK CITY - Officials for The 2013 New York City Marathon have just announced that Pamela Anderson who had registered to run in the 26.2 mile race may not be allowed to participate.
A spokesperson for the NYCM Committee Chip Carvalino stated that after viewing photos and videos of Ms. Anderson they have determined that if she were allowed to run in the race there is a very good chance that she could end up injuring one of the other marathon racers.
Carvalino explained that this was determined by conferring with a New York City medical doctor who explained to the committee that because of the fact that Ms. Anderson is a size 36-DD one or both of her breasts could very easily flop over and hit a runner who happens to be running next to her.
The New York City Marathon Committee has said that they just cannot take that chance for fear of getting hit with an injury lawsuit.
SIDENOTE: Pamela Anderson has reportedly hired the reputable Brooklyn law firm of Fitzowitz, Straydiddle, $ Goldenbocker to represent her in a $12.3 million anatomical lawsuit she plans on filing.
