LOS ANGELES - Kanye West's luck may have just run out as he will most probably be sued by a photographer who was pushed to the airport terminal floor by the out-of-control rapper.
Several eyewitnesses reported seeing West physically pick up the much smaller photographer and toss him about eight feet causing him to hit his head on an unattended walker.
The photographer explained that he was there to take photos of Carly Rae Jepsen, the "Call Me Maybe" singer.
A pilot for Southwest Airlines identified as Captain Fletcher B. Bazookahouse, 51, said that he saw the photographer taking pictures of Miss Jepsen and then all of a sudden Kanye appeared and remarked loud enough for all to hear, "Hey chump, how 'bout taking a photo of me - I'm real famous."
The photographer simply ignored the rapper and kept on snapping photos of a very cooperative Carly Rae.
West became enraged and yelled out that Jepsen ain't one-tenth as famous as he is.
The photog ignored him and at that point an enraged Kanye grabbed him by the shirt collar and swung him around nearly hitting an airline stewardess from Delta Airlines.
By then airport security arrived and took Mr. West down to police headquarters to be interrogated.
West The Pest reportedly called his sugar mama Kim Kardashian to come and get his butt out of trouble once again.
