ENCINO - An unnamed source informed iRumors that he and his English teacher were parked out at the Encino Reservoir reviewing for an English test when they looked over and happened to see Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber in the next car.

The unnamed source who said he was 18, told Vodka Vermicelli with iRumors that he knew it was Bieber because he could actually hear him talking in that high-pitched voice of his.

The source said that he knew it was Miley because she kept saying things like, "Justin, take what Liam (Hemsworth) ain't never, ever gonna get again, little dude."

The English teacher who refused to give her name said that it was really hard to look into their car because the windows were fogged up something fierce.

Later that afternoon Miss Vermicelli contacted Miley and asked her about her Encino Reservoir rendezvous with Justin. She started laughing and said that she was not with Bieber.

She then noted that she has only been out to the ER as the locals call it one time and that was when she was dating Nick Jonas.

SIDENOTE: The English teacher revealed to Miss V that her and the student she was tutoring both noticed that after about 25 minutes the air began to smell like a Tijuana marijuana field.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
