When Tom Brady hooks up with Chad Ochocinco's former television costar, sparks are bound to fly.

Whether the football flies may be another matter.

Reports out of sunny California where foul weather never makes for ill-matched tosses of the football, Terrell Owens allegedly was playing catch with the big NFL quarterback of the New England Patriots.

If you are looking for work, and Terrell Owens surely is, there may be no smarter move than seeing what the chemistry level may be with old Tom Brady.

Having lost Wes Welker may be making Brady crazy after all these years. He has now taken to the streets, dragging the rivers, and looking in flophouses to find a receiver.

Well, if you look long and hard enough, you will eventually turn over the rock under which Terrell Owens will be seeking to catch one more season.

If Randy Moss flew the coop and Ochocinco never recouped his value, you are faced with the ultimate coop de loop.

Presumably the lesser good looking of the Ocho and Owens tandem may still have gas in his tank. We hope that smell is not just fumes.

How much is Tom missing Welker? His cold turkey act has hit the skids. We hope that Brady will not need to attend classes to recover his sobriety. As for now, he seems to be under the influence of desperation.

Terrell was supposedly working out also with Danny Amendola, making the triangle even more peculiar. Matt Cassel also joined them, turning the game of dominoes into a bridge match. We just hope no one lost at Hearts.

Tom needs replacements for nearly all his disappearing Patriots receiving corps. It's never too early to test those who don't have a Clue, or finding a backgammon team for the long road trips.
