image for Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev Deny They Lip Sync on The Vampire Diaries
Ian recently purchased a pet bird for Nina which she named 'Vampire.'

LOS ANGELES - Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev, the stars of The Vampire Diaries, which is set in the fictitious town of Mystic Falls, Virginia are pretty upset with an article that appeared in the supermarket tabloid Just Saying.

Somerhalder who stars as Damon Salvatore and Nina Dobrev who portrays Elena Gilbert recently spoke with Vodka Vermicelli of iRumors.

Dobrev said that she has no idea where in the world the writer of the Just Saying story, identified as Rumsfeld Muddlefish, got his information but it is positively false.

She noted that she has never in her life lip synced and she certainly would not do it in a non-singing role.

Somerhalder meanwhile, angrily said that Muddlefish needs to buy some Miracle Gro and grow the eff up.

He added that he thinks that Muddlefish probably got his information from Lyin' Ryan AKA Congressman Paul Ryan, who was Mitt "The Flip Flopper" Romney's vice-presidential running mate and who had a proclivity for stretching the truth.

Dobrev, who said she had just gotten over a bout with a stomach virus, a bad case of split ends, and a misaligned playpen added that Mr. Muddlefish is so dumb he thinks a monastery is a place where monsters live.

Ian went on to say that he has never heard of any television celebrity lip syncing with the one exception of Chelsea Handler, who once lip synced while she was on Jay Leno's Tonight Show.

SIDENOTE: Miss Vermicelli remarked that she spoke with Rumsfeld Muddlefish and asked him to comment on his comments and he simply commented with a comment of "No comment."

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
