NEW YORK CITY - Word out of the Big Apple is that champion boxer Manny Pacquiao of the Philippines has decided to hang up his boxing gloves after getting beaten by Mexico's Juan Manuel Marquez.

The fight which shocked all of the fans at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas as well as fight fans throughout the world was a wake-up call for the man known as Pacman.

Some critics stated that Pacquiao just spent too much time being a politician, singer, comedian, and a banana juggler, than training for his boxing match with Marquez.

Pacquiao disputes that statement by saying that he has not juggled any bananas in over seven weeks.

Photos taken of him a week ago at The La Brea Tar Pits Diner clearly dispute that claim.

Manny was also reported to have made an appearance the night before the Marquez fight at an Open Mic at The Laughing Beaver Comedy Club in West Hollywood.

An eyewitness, who gave her name and age as Nellie Giddyheimer, 43, informed Bedroom Pillow Talk that she sat in the front row with her extremely attractive and sexy partner, Calypso Picadooski, 26, and watched as Pacquaio performed impersonations of Simon Cowell, Rob Pattinson, Vice-President Joe Biden, Ndamukong Suh, and Whoopi Goldberg.

When word of Pacquaio's pre-fight antics got out he called a news conference and announced that he will be hanging up his boxing gloves, putting away his boxing shorts, and selling his boxing cup on eBay.

[EDITOR'S NOTE: I talked to Ryan "Peaches" Seacrest and he informed me that Manny had told him that he hopes to appear on next season's edition of 'Dancing With The Stars.']
