MUMBAI, India - The woman who was voted Miss World in 1994, and is still considered by many to be one of the most beautiful women on Earth has stated that she wholeheartedly supports President Obama.

Miss Rai spoke with India's Taj Mahal News Agency and stated that as far as she is concerned President Obama is the greatest American president since Bill Clinton.

She then smiled and said that she put President Obama up there with other great presidents such as John F. Kennedy, Franklin Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, and Thomas Jefferson.

The 38-year-old Indian starlet was asked what she thinks about the GOP candidate Mitt Romney. She grinned, winked, and said that she was taught as a young girl that if you can't say something nice about someone then it is best to not saying anything at all.

Miss Rai and her husband Abhishek Bachchan will be hosting a huge political fundraiser for President Obama at their $27.3 million palatial mansion known as The Ornate Cowbell.

Aishwarya is one of Bollywood's most popular actresses having appeared in such films as The Panting Pink Panther, Chandra's Angels Vs. The Naked Vampires of Calcutta, and The X-Rated Life of Marilyn Monroe.

The Mumbai beauty is so well liked world-wide that the Netherlands named a tulip in her honor. Costa Rica named a newly discovered river after her. And the KIA Automobile Company is considering naming a new car due out in 2014, the KIA Aishwarya Rai.

SIDENOTE: The Hasbroken Toy Company of Chicago has noted that its Aishwarya Rai Inflatable Doll is one of the company's all-time biggest sellers.
