Channel 5 bosses appear to have stolen another reality show, well copied one anyway in their latest offering: Dancing with Mice.
In the show, celebs will train to dance with real live mice on ice. While not being completely original it seems to offer a different take on the usual dose of reality singing and dancing.
'But, how will contestants be able to actually dance with real mice,' I hear you ask? A spokesperson for 5 said: 'We intend to only feature celebrities small enough not to over burden the mice.'
The initial line up suggests some obvious choices such as Ronnie Corbett, Janette Krankie (although her recent swapping scandal may have put pay to her appearance) and star of recent comedy 'Life's too Short' - Warwick Davies.
Then there are the not so obvious ones like Hollywood's: Rick Moranis (star of Honey We Shrunk Ourselves), Dennis Quaid (of Inner Space fame) and hope of all hopes Tom Cruise.
Animal conservationist observers commented: 'It's unlikely the mice will be able to dance with Moranis or Quaid as they were only small in films and we wouldn't like the idea of Cruise treading on their paws!'
