BELFAST, Ireland - Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez showed up at The Odyssey Arena for the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards hand-in-hand showing everyone that the paternity charges aimed at him have not hurt their relationship one baby burp, ah make that one bit.
Justin wore a black cap with a big white T on it. When he was asked by Carolina Chipotle of Bedroom Pillow Talk what the T stood for, Bieber grinned and replied that it stood for "Truth."
He told Chippy as Carolina Chipotle is known, that he has always told the truth ever since he was five months old. He stressed that he has never lied about anything and has not even lied jokingly like telling Selena during dinner that she has a bit of spinach caught between her teeth.
Gomez hosted the show and she wore a total of 29 different outfits. She said after the show that she was planning on selling all 29 outfits on eBay, but that she had gotten a text message from Dancing With The Stars judge Bruno Tonioli who offered to buy the entire 29 outfits for $125,000.
When Chippy asked Gomez why Tonioli wanted to purchase all of her clothes she blushed and said that she would rather not say.
Selena glowed with pride as she remarked that her boyfriend (Justin) had won two awards including the Best Male Award and the Best Pop Award, which she said was kind of an ironic pun considering the BabyGate charges that have been made by Marietta Yullyfiggle about Justin being the father of her four-month-old baby.
Chippy asked Selena if she had seen photos of the baby and she replied that she had. She giggled and said that the little baby looked a little bit like Hugh Grant.
Lady Gaga walked away with four awards including the Best Song Award, the Best Video Award, the Best Female Award, and the Biggest Fans Award.
Gaga also received Honorable Mention for having the best space themed costume of all the performers. She was dressed as a red space satellite and she circled the globe sending off electronic signals to space alien wannabes like Charlie Sheen, Courtney Love, and Gary Busey.
But the biggest surprise of the night came from a non-performer. While Hayden Panettiere was on stage getting ready to present Lady Gaga with the Best Song Award a streaker suddenly appeared from the back of the stage. Hayden did her best to not look down.
The streaker told Hayden that he was a big fan and after exchanging a little bit of chit chat he ran behind the curtains looking for a pair of underwear. Luckily for him Katy Perry had an extra pair in her purse.
