Burger King filed charges against McDonald's today claiming that McDonald's new TV ad showing Burger King delivering Cindy Sheehan's camp free Whoppers is completely fraudulent.

"Basically we're Mc'Sueing them" one Burger King executive said. "We do not deliver Whoppers or even the tasty new flame broiled BK Broiler to anyone. Not even to Mother Sheehan. McDonalds Mc'Lied and we're seeking Mc'Damages."

Owen Davidson, manager of the Burger King in Crawford Texas told reporters that his staff does not deliver. He did say, however,

"We have seen Mrs Sheehan and her troops come into the restaurant. They would order some Whoppers, maybe some fries, then head back down the road to continue pestering Mr Bush."

One McDonalds spokesman says that their new TV ad is not a fabrication. He says that their hidden cameras, hidden behind CNN's hidden cameras hidden behind MSNBC's hidden cameras distinctly showed a delivery truck bringing free Whoppers to the Sheehan Camp.

Cindy Sheehan, expected to be called as a material witness at the burger trial says that she will not leave Crawford. President Bush when told that Sheehan might indeed be forced to leave Crawford says that he's sorry for her loss but wondered why no one was bringing him free Whoppers.

"Is it my ratings?" he reportedly asked ranch aides.

Ranch aides told the president that his ratings were "fine". They told him that Sheehan's camp was gobbling up the Whoppers before they could even arrive at the ranch. The president, sources say, was "relieved".

Political analysts do, however say that Cindy Sheehan's popularity is on the rebound with even major corporations such as Toys r Us and France supporting her cause.

French president Jaques Chirac, CEO of France (stocks at +3.27, holding steady) spoke live with CNN reporters saying,

"We sympathize with the brave American lady and her troops attacking the Mr Bush. However, we will not surrender to you brave American lady if you attack us. Not immediately, no."

McDonalds, prepared for a major court battle also has, unconfirmed sources say, video proof of KFC delivering free Honey BBQ Wings to the Sheehan camp. KFC was unavailable for comment.
