image for Compare-Compare.web (the comparison of web comparison sites) goes live
The web can be confusing, comparatively speaking that is

A new website was unveiled today to help shed some light on the glut of comparison websites that allegedly help people to compare the prices of insurance and financial products.

Compare-compare.web has been launched to help the public compare between the comparison websites themselves.

Managing director of Compare-compare.web, Con Thepublik, said that he had launched the site because people were becoming very confused between what the comparison websites were actually comparing. He added that while it is easy to compare the companies that each comparison website was comparing, it had become very difficult to actually compare between each comparison website, comparatively speaking, that is. In comparison.

He further added that a consumer, for example, visiting comparitivelyconfused.web, then going on to i'minconfusion.web, and then going onto goandcompare.web, would end up not knowing whether he was coming or going. He is hoping that by visiting Compare-compare.web, this will help sort out the confusion people are finding when comparing comparison sites.

Not only was Bill Gates said to have lost the thread of this story after the second line, but Sir Tim Berners-Lee is now sorry he invented the internet in the first place.

Make Steddyeddy's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
