Springfield PA-- The Food and Drugged Administration quickly put in a recall today on baby food made in China. The food is sold under the brand name Yummy Baby. It was found to be manufactured from ground up Chinese babies and considered unfit for human consumption.
Yummy Baby is very popular in China and was looking to expand its foreign market. Advertising for the product always showed a big, fat baby on the face of the jar. They were surprised about the cultural misunderstanding. The Chinese just assumed people knew what they were buying.
"It's pretty obvious, we weren't hiding anything," said company spokesperson Wy-Yu Suck. "Everyone loves a plump, juicy baby. They are very good for your complexion, keeps your skin nice and smooth. We treat babies like adults. Why would they need a special diet?" asked Wy.
Mothers shopping at the Poke N Toke supermarket in Springfield were shocked at the news.
"Oh my God!" Gasped a new mother. "I've been feeding this stuff to little Jeffrey the last four months, does that mean he'll grow up to be a cannibal?"
Shoppers can return the product to any local Poke N Toke for a full refund. The remaining jars of Yummy Baby will be given a proper burial.
