One of the secret tunnels built by the company

London - (Excavation Mess): Specialist UK fascist builder The London Abasement Company has been identified as project manager behind the subterranean erection of both Max Mosley's London Nazi S&M orgy cellar as well as Austrian nutter Joseph Fritl's Amstetten incest dungeon.

The company first cornered this niche construction market during the World War II era when it oversaw the building of Jersey's Hohlgangsanlage 8 Nazi underground hospital.

The German facility's tunnels were linked recently to St Helier's on-going notorious Haute de la Garenne children's home molester probe.

Previous projects had included underpinning the foundations of of notorious Saxon fort, mental institution and prisoner of war camp Colditz Castle.

UK corporate activity has been shrouded in mystery ever since the new Labour government took orifice in 1997.

But some believe that its is the secretive main project manager behind London's 2012 Olympic Games site.

Max Mosley is 69.
