BANGKOK, THAILAND - Thailand's Politically Correct (PC) Air has hired a bevy of beautiful flight attendants, but they're stewardesses with a "difference": they started life as men!
Peter Chann, the airline's president, says he believes in "equal employment opportunities" for all three sexes, male, female, and "shemale."
In general, he received acclaim from the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, what-have-you community; however, one gay rights advocate, Manly Pointer, said he had a "boner" to pick with Chann. The PC Air president referred to his new stews as "these people," saying that he thought "these people could and should do more than wait tables, decorate houses, and dress hair."
The LGBTwhat-have-you community accepted the president's apology, citing his support for their kind.
Many transsexuals, Chann pointed out, dream of offering an alternative to heterosexual stewardesses' offers of "coffee, tea, or me," and, Chann said, "I'm happy to make their dream come true." The transsexual stewardesses, he said, offer airline passengers "coffee, tea, or he-she."
Thailand has more transsexuals than it has men and women, having introduced assembly-line production processes to sex-change surgery. "We can transform a man into a woman in just a few hours," Dr. Lai B'ah boasted.
The airline has not actually begun operating yet, but surgeries are scheduled for the new attendants "as soon as possible," and should be completed prior to the airline's maiden flight, from Bangkok to Ars Hole.
"I am eager to earn my wings," said one of the stews. "I've waited a long time to serve as a cockpit."
