The Toyota El Toro will be manufactured at the Toyota Auto Plant in Tijuana, Mexico.

LOS ANGELES - A representative for Japan's Toyota Auto Industry has just let the news media know that they will soon be opening up a brand new Toyota plant in Tijuana, Baja California (Mexico).

Once the Tijuana auto plant is running at full production it will produce about 1,402 vehicles per week.
