SHERMAN OAKS, California - Dr. Kerwin P. Differdinski, a gynecologist in Sherman Oaks, California has found a unique way to attract new customers and to keep the ones he already has.
Dr. Differdinski, 43, recently stated that the number of tubal ligation's in California has dropped by about 18 percent from 2011 to the present.
He noted that the reason for the decline in this type of birth control method is due to the fact that more women are implementing other birth control methods such as using condoms, diaphragms, uterine blockettes, the withdrawal method, and the rhythm method.
Dr. Differdinski hit on the idea of providing each of his female patients who has a tubal ligation with a free iPad.
When asked where he picked up this idea, the doctor just smiled and said that he recalled back in the 70s, when banks used to give customers toasters whenever they would open up a new checking or savings account.
SIDENOTE: Dr. Differdinski said that he has partnered with the Zippity Doo Dah Electronic Company and they have worked out a deal where he will receive the iPads at cost in return for putting the electronic company's name on all of the patients itemized office visit bills.
