In just 2 months since its release by Bankrupt America Online, the game Grand Theft Banker has become the most played online game on the planet.

The game randomly simulates the payment of massive bonuses to senior bankers and floor traders in return for creating massive losses for their banks and general economic meltdown. Incorporating 6 levels of difficulty, the highest level game plays out anarchy on the streets of New York with dispossessed citizens hunting down senior bankers and killing them in various ways. Top players enjoy bonus points by torturing bankers and eliciting expressions of remorse, the most difficult sequence in the game.

Gamer Dwayne Geekshit, a 10 year veteran of online games, says it's the best game ever invented. "This game is super cool. With well over 200 failed American banks to choose from, you can hunt a whole lot of dudes. This morning I was chasing the CEO of Lehmann Bros through Central Park. He got up a tree but I got him with a bazooka, tore him apart. It's just cool fun."

Grand Theft Banker has enjoyed equal success across the globe and rival Meeknsoft has announced the imminent release of its equally violent game "The Politician Hunter".
