Switzerland - The secretive Bilderberg group plans to take reserve banking to the next level, according to Mr. Z, our confidential Bilderberg conference mole.
In a small caucus of top leaders, rife with royalty, it was decided to do away with the Federal Reserve system, the IMF, and the World Bank. According to our mole, these institutions have 'certain limitations', such as the ability to buy and sell peasants, and convert them into commodities such as peasant-bellies for trade on the exchanges.
Mr. Z reports that it was decided to establish the 'Feudal Reserve' bank, to be headquartered in a secret location, staffed by anonymous bankers, and given life and death authority over peasants everywhere. Who are the peasants? Anyone not on the 'good' list.
The elite will now be able to deposit and withdraw living peasants directly, to balance out labor shortages around the world. Interest paid will be one half of the resulting offspring, the other half being kept as a world wide tax. Only the best peasants will be bred.
Peasants will be equipped with chips that cause intense pain. This may only be reset by the Feudal Reserve awarding a reprieve based on meritorious behavior. Money will no longer be allowed in peasants hands, since they have been misusing it to attempt to attend the Bilderberg conferences.
