Spot The Spoofer

Rangoon, Burma. Burmese dissident Aan Sang Suu Kyi, who has been held under house arrest by Burmese military puppet government officials for way too long, at last faces the prospect of freedom.

And Aan Sang Suu Kyi says that once she's released, the first thing she intends to do is sign up as a writer for popular satirical website TheSpoof.com

Aan Sang told us that she'd heard from sources (t'internet is banned in Burma apparently) that TheSpoof.com is full of lovely people who write really daft stories about anything and everything and that she can't wait to meet some of them.

In a note scribbled in invisible ink on a sheet of Izal bog paper she allegedly wrote:

"If I get my much yearned for freedom, the first thing I shall do is register as a writer for popular satirical website TheSpoof.com - which has largely ignored my plight for years - because I want to meet up with the Queen Mudder and the pirates. That Captain Morse makes me go all atingle just reading his notes. And I feel I will have a fellow revolutionary spirit in that Bolivian Colonel, not to mention the Chupacabra hunter, the snippet king, and the silly bastard who wears pork pie hats and walks into lamp posts."

When asked if she intended to become politically active again in her native country, Aan Sang Suu reportedly said:

"Fuck that shit! I'm gonna be a bona fide Spoofer from hereon in. Burmese politics can kiss my ass!"

Although Skoob International News must admit that the sources for this article could at best be described as "dubious."

More as we get it.

Make Skoob1999's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
