image for "Water-boarding? I thought they meant snow-boarding!" claims Bush

More revelations today from George W Bush's autobiography - "George and Dicky go the White
House". The former President now claims that he was "momentarily confused" and thought that the interrogation technique known as "water-boarding" was in fact, the popular winter pursuit known as "snow-boarding."

Believing that prisoners at the notorious Abu Grabe Prison were in fact undergoing a rigorous regime of winter sports, designed to boost moral and help them to adjust to life in orange jumpsuits, President Bush sanctioned the unusual request.

"At the time," admitted George, "I thought it was a little unconventional, but I thought, what the heck! If it gets results, let's give it a try!"

Later, however, as the real events began to surface, he admitted the he may have been too hasty.

"The lawyers told me it wasn't torture, and I believed them." Protested George. "I mean, if you can't trust a bunch of lawyers, who can you trust? Not your own conscience, that's for sure!"

Make I think I'm funny...'s day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
