London, England-- Dame Margaret Thatcher is receiving marijuana therapy at a local hospital and 'loving every minute of it', according to friends. The ex-PM was recently hospitalized with flu-like symptoms. Friends thought she was dying, until a Doctor Arturo Iglesias arrived from Buenos Aires with a cure.
"I just adore smoking marijuana!" said the 85-year old Dame. "I think everyone should smoke marijuana at least ten times a day, how wonderful life is!" said the stoned senior citizen.
Dr. Iglesias has prescribed that Mrs. Thatcher smoke one ounce of marijuana a day--for the rest of her life.
"Marijuana clears the lungs, and bronchial tubes. It is Mother Nature's perfect medicine--unless the smoker feels very guilty about something." said the kindly doctor.
Friends noted Mrs. Thatcher was 'rosy cheeked and full of life' this afternoon--until a sudden change set in this evening.
"She was stoned as usual, until she started whispering 'Belgrano'. said close friend Daisy Cane. "Then she turned very pale and started coughing like mad. We had to return her to hospital!"
Dame Margaret Thatcher was met at hospital by Dr. Igesias.
"I have ordered her to smoke even more marijuana, until her condition improves. We need to know what she means when she whispers the word 'Belgrano'. said the nice doctor from Buenos Aires.
