"It's just good clean fun," says Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley's dad, "She's been a slave for years now, this is kind of her coming out party." When asked what he thought about Miley riding a whale, he apparently wasn't aware of all the details, "She's said she's gonna do what?!!"
Personal friends Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton have both agreed to join Miley on the ride provided they both get to have one of her Hanna Montanna wigs.
There was no official response, but off the record a manager with large round ears said,"Oh it's really no big deal, we've all seen her naked before."
