A study by the University of Pittsburgh has concluded what has long been suspected that women are more willing to ask for erections than men.
While women historically have made a heroic attempt to disguise the issue by suggesting that men are too ashamed to ask the question the study is conclusive.
Nearly half of all men answered NO! to the question "Do you ever ask for erections?" With nearly just as many respondents answering "Pardon me?"
Women on the other hand nearly all answered "Yes of course" with many favouring their birthday and anniversary.
The study also found that women don't hesitate to ask for erections whether they are lost or not with some asking numerous times a day non-stop while others admitting they don't mind if the answer is long and convoluted.
Study leader Ned Yedseth is happy with the study findings and said his personal response is "Not if my life depended upon it."
