Washington DC-- A somewhat surprising and strange order has been discovered in the new Obama Health Care Package. The paragraph is on page 1,101 of the document and had not been noted before. The new law would order that the 'mentally challenged' must be at least 10% of any graduating medical class.
The law would make up for past discrimination against the mentally deficient in medical schools. Students with low IQ's have been denied educations in medicine, simply because they are mentally challenged.
The new law is the idea of the Kennedy Family. The Kennedy family believes that the mentally challenged have the right to become anything they want. Caroline Kennedy was happy to give more information in this imaginary interview me.
"It's like, you know, there are all these low-IQ kids, you know, and like, they can't even become doctors because of discrimination and stuff. And it's just, you know, not right." said Caroline. The wacky Kennedy is no stranger to mental health issues.
"And it's not their fault, because, you know, they were born that way. The schools have to find a way to teach these special-education kids to become doctors. It's like, you know, just so unfair." said sweet Caroline.
"And it's only, like, you know, these old Republicans and Nazis that are trying to stop retarded kids from becoming doctors. And I just think, you know, that is, like, I don't know, like--it's just so mean!"
