image for Spoof Receives Scary 'Chain Letter' That We Want To Share With You
Open At Your Own Risk

The 'chain letter' you are now reading has been circulating the Internet lately and has disturbed many viewers. It states that if you do not send this article on to twenty other viewers within 48 hours that you will die a horrible, screaming death, even if you are seated safely behind you computer screen at home.

Rich Davis of Porkbarrel, Alaska received one, did not respond and within 24 hours his computer keyboard short circuited sending Rich into that great blogging space in the sky.

Marilyn Rosblasky of St. Petersburg, Russia did not send out the one she received and was ravaged and killed by Cossacks just outside her home the next night.

Belina Lua of Hutia, Hawaii ignored hers and was suddenly accosted by neighbors and thrown into the nearest volcano as a sacrifice to the gods.

Although many believe that chain letters, a former 'snail mail' phenomena that has made the jump to the Internet, is just a product of sick minds that hope to upset people and get them to live in fear, some scientific evidence has shown up showing that odd phenomena often do go hand in hand with the annoying missives.

Chain letters usually consist of a list of names that have previously sent the message on to others and a dire warning of what may befall someone if they do not comply as well.

Yours truly received his two days ago and only has 3 seconds in which to get it out to twenty people or, as the e-mail stated, "you will experience a death you could never have imagined.".

Yours truly personally believes this to be a bunch of …

CORONER'S ADDENDUM- Please send this on to twenty other people and save us a lot of trouble.
