image for Witch Doctors Thwarted Again
"This is really starting to suck," our source reported.

First, dropped by Cupid, and then accused of distributing Love Potion #9 with such unwanted emotions as utter indifference, the WWCF today announced yet another setback as government agencies confiscated thousands of kilos of some killer smoke.

The problem is that growing marijuana, even for professed medical purposes, is not legal in many regional areas where WWCF maintains offices, such as rural Tennessee and many locations in other countries. While the WWCF is looking forward to President Obama's administration reducing the penalties for pot, it hasn't happened yet, and may not happen unless his pothead relatives come to visit the WhiteHouse.

"We didn't want to resort to the tactic of growing herbal emotional enhancements, but the recent bad publicity and loss of longtime client, Heavenly Creations has given us little choice but to find alternate methods of keeping our downstream employees working. And here we are, with yet another obstacle blocking our noble endeavours."

The downstream employees in question are hunter-gatherers who have been put out of work by the recent decline in demand for magical reagents, lucky talismans, and other mystical artifacts.
