image for Maddie disappearence: was Burma involved?
Is this where Maddie is hidden?

Calls were made last night to make Burma official suspects in the case of the disappearence of Madeleine McCann. The military junta's lack of care shown to its own people as a result of Cyclone Nargis, which hit the country last Saturday, and the refusal to allow American aid workers into the country, have prompted many to suggest that it had a hand in taking away little Maddie.

"The military dictatorship is cruel and corrupt. Why a country like Burma that insists on being un-Western, unique and self-sufficient would refuse entry to a country like America who has colonised by force and commerce most of the world while causing the genocide of the Native Americans is beyond most right-minded people," said Mr. D.P Irony, US Ambassador to the United Nations. "We will deliberately invade their airspace, delivering aid by force, change the regime and build a Wal-Mart in every village, just to show them how corrupt they are".

One theory suggests that Burma may have been watching the apartment in Praia da Luz for some time before sneaking into the apartment, taking Maddie and hiding her in the middle of a cyclone. Other theories suggest that, since the Star and Express had to pay substantial damages to the McCanns, it was unwise to come up with anymore theories.

Burma's seething evil empire was also being blamed for the rise in knife crime in East London, the fall in house prices in the UK and the failure of the media to write a simple story about human loss without finding an angle to criticise a country it has no knowledge of outside what it can find out on Wikipedia.
