image for Mexico Earthquake Unleashes Duck Billed Dinosaur
Just before the carnage

Monte Tranquillo, Mexico (IPP) - Scientists and Mexican government authorities reported at 3:15 PM today that the 6.7 magnitude earthquake that occurred in Southern Mexico has opened a gap in the earth from which over 200 Duck Billed dinosaurs escaped into the local environment.

The area where this extraordinary event occurred is located in mountainous jungle terrain. The Duck Billed dinosaur has been described by scientists as being the "Cretaceous version of the weed wacker".

It has been reported that some Mexican landscapers have caught two of these toothy creatures and have put them to work in their landscaping businesses. If their capacity for weedeating could be measured in horsepower the rating given to them would be near 50 horsepower.

The public outcry over the news of the Duck Bill's captivity and abuse has left many feeling hopeless because there is no Mexican law prohibiting the use of these animals in such a distasteful fashion.

In other parts of Mexico authorities are warning jungle residents that these creatures can be extremely dangerous. There is a story circulating locally that a professional Mexican hat dancer had one of his legs severed completely by an irate Duck Bill that attacked a pinata party being thrown by a local taco vendor for children who are previous victims of Duck Bill outbreaks.

The Mexican National Guard has been sent to the area in an effort to contain the sudden liberation of the toothy reptiles from the bowels of the Earth that were believed to be extinct until very recent times.

Make drugtestallpoliticians's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
