image for J.K Rowling to Sue Ebay over Plagiarism
Typical Ebay sale item- yours for £30.00-used by one cat only

Top online auction site Ebay has landed itself in serious hot water today after multi-millionaire author J.K Rowling has threatened to sue over plagiarism.

The auction site has long been criticised for selling fake copies of her successful Harry Potter books amidst it's usual line of car-boot sale tat, illegally touted concert tickets and used undergarments.

However, J.K claims that Ebay has actually nicked her ideas on this occasion. in her seventh Harry Potter novel, the boy wizard auctions off Dumbledore's possessions after he is allegedly pushed to his death by Severius Snape, on the entirely ficticious online wizard auctionhouse "E-magic-bay."

In a crucial twist, J.K claims that the storyline was written 14 years ago and stored in her solicitors safe, before the Ebay site was created.

J.K Rowling's agent said today, "the fact that Ebay exists today is down to J.K 's imagination, it was based on her ficticious characters and now Ebay is selling fakes of her latest Harry Potter novel which contains the storyline about the creation of E-magic-bay- it's a true paradox."

J.K is said to be furious that the seventh novels punchline,"ExpelEbayamus" has been compromised.
