WASHINGTON D.C.-In what was revealed yesterday as the biggest prank in the history of the world, President Bush made an announcement to former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein: "You've been punk'd, bitch!"
Punk'd, an original MTV show where stars are the unwitting victims of pranks, decided about a two years ago to rescale the level of its antics. "We got together with George [Bush] about two years ago and set up this really elaborate episode of punk'd," said the show's creator, Ashton Kutcher. "He was all for it. He really felt some personal vendetta against this guy and wanted to get him back for something, and we were like, alright then, dude.'"
The show, set to air next week, ends when the crew of Punk'd draws Saddam into a secret meeting. A U.S. diplomat' sits down and begins reading off a list of insane U.S. demands. Just when Saddam is about to shoot the man, Kutcher runs into the scene "You've been punk'd, bro!" he yells.
"Aw, shit," says Saddam in the show when the prank is revealed. "Yeah, you got me, you got me good. Killing my sons and bombing the hell out of my country, damn you got me good. How'd you ever think of that one?" Bush also runs into the scene and points out all the hidden cameras. "You should have seen the look on your face!" he says as the two share a friendly hug. "We totally played you, fool. You had no idea, huh?"
Bush, now acknowledging that the entire Iraqi conflict was nothing more than an elaborate prank set up for his own amusement, apologized to the families of those killed in Iraq and said that troops would begin withdrawing from the war-torn country immediately. "But c'mon," he said to America last night in his televised speech announcing the prank. "You have to admit it's pretty funny. Did you see the look on Saddam's face? Man, I think the American people will agree with me that that was priceless."
