At 1.51pm yesterday an earthquake registering 5.8 shook the eastern third of the United States causing much of Washington D.C. to come to a halt. While damage was not wide spread some older buildings were affected and people were left unnerved and rattled.
Perhaps what you did not know was that many miles above the planet HAARP ( the High Frequency Active Aurora Program) were testing the effects of high frequency induced turbulence in the ionosphere. Unfortunately for HAARP an error in their targeting software caused them to miss their objective, Lake Anna, by well over 600miles with the epicentre of the shock being around 30 miles east of Charlottesville VA.
Without sounding like a physics lesson from a mad professor this technology was first discussed in 1971 in a theory called Strong Langmuir turbulence (SLT). In basic layman's terms the use of HF sound on the upper ionishpere can cause kinetic waves which in turn can create what is referred to as a Langmuir Cavitation capable of causing earthquakes on a massive scale.
This of course raises questions as to just how many other earthquakes have been caused by HAARP in recent times. At this stage HARRP have refused comment.
