A man in St. Louis has offered his bank account to hackers -- providing that when they're done he be at least a dollar richer.

"I'm broke already so every bit helps," he said.

The unidentified man, who wishes to remain anonymous, logged into a bulletin board of hackers last April and provided his bank account number and routing number and asked that they snoop around and see what they could find. Within 30 seconds, someone in the hacking room said that they could get a pizza for the money that's in there, "but not a large one."

The hackers were able to move quickly into the financial history of the unidentified man, and found that he is an "over-35-year-old loser with credit problems." They abandoned all hacking efforts immediately, citing the 'eww' factor.

The man is reportedly now despondent and asking that when he dies, any interest he earns on his account go toward anti-hacking efforts.
