Topics: Donald Trump

Wednesday, 30 March 2011

Appearing on 'The View' for the second time in two weeks, Donald Trump brought the silver spoon that was in mouth at birth. "This proves where I was born, said Trump." Whoopi Goldberg replied, "No, it doesn't prove where you were born. It just proves your parents were rich!"

Trump: "Look at the engraving on the spoon. It is from Cartier's, can't get any better than that, right?!"

Goldberg: "Cartier's have stores all over the world!"

Trump: "Look at my face. Do I look like I was born in some foreign slum? Look at my hair? Do I look like some kind of A-rab?"

Goldberg: "t doesn't prove anything. It proves that your parents were rich, white, hairy, and had a charge at Cartier's!"

At this point, viewers saw Trump storm off the set while Whoopi Goldberg took a pair of spoons out of her purse and started to play them on the table top as the studio band played, "Camptown Ladies Sing this song… ...doo da…doo da. The Camptown racetrack's five miles long Oh, de doo-da day."

Although it couldn't be confirmed sources say that Ms. Goldberg received a personal call from the President after the show. Content of the conversation was not disclosed, although others on the program confirm that Whoopi was softly singing to herself, "Goint' to run all night...goin' to run all day, bet my money on a bob-tailed nag, somebody bet on the gray!"

In related news, a producer from The View took the spoon that Trump had left on the set to Cartier's for verification. After an analysis a spokesman for Cartier's said the spoon was a fake, was not sterling silver but silver plated, and there had been tens of thousands of them made in China as "knock- off's in the 1950's. "Definitely a fake," said the spokesman.
